If you are a UK taxpayer you can make your donation worth 28% more*, by simply completing a Gift Aid form.

We are able to claim back the tax you have already paid from the Inland Revenue as long as you provide us with your full name, home address and postcode. It costs you nothing and couldn't be simpler.

*You must pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount of tax we reclaim on your gift.

GIFT AID DECLARATION I confirm that I am a taxpayer, and request that all donations I have made to Heart Research UK since 6th April 2000 together with all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I tell you otherwise should be treated as Gift Aid donations.


This declaration can be cancelled at any time by notifying the charity. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the tax year. If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the charity reclaims, you can cancel your declaration. If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return. Please notify the charity if you change your address.
