Treasure Chest appeal

Since our Treasure Chest appeal was launched in 1997, we have raised over £250,000 from the sale of broken beads, old watches, odd earrings, costume and precious jewellery - all unwanted items no longer used and lying at the bottom of drawers and jewellery boxes.

Everyone has old, broken or unwanted jewellery that they no longer wear and it is such an easy way to raise money for Heart Research UK because it costs you nothing.  We collect and send the jewellery to auction to raise money for our pioneering medical research and community Healthy Heart grants.

Bonhams Auctioneers very kindly auction our jewellery lots and Beaverbrooks the Jewellers sponsor our collection envelopes so that the maximum amount raised comes directly to us.

It's an easy way to raise money without asking people for cash. Just ask us for Treasure Chest envelopes for your family, colleagues and friends to collect their unwanted jewellery.  Your jewellery donations can be sent to our Freepost address or handed in at a Beaverbrooks store near you. Visit the Beaverbrooks website for details of your local store.

For more information about the Treasure Chest appeal please contact Heart Research UK on 0113 234 7474 or email info@heartresearch.org.uk
